John is responsible for providing research and intelligence that drive new investment opportunities as well as add value to Invenfin's current investment portfolio. His commercial experience in financial modelling and analysis, as well as his avid interest in innovation and FMCG, allows him to support both Invenfin's Foods and Technology divisions.
Prior to Invenfin, John spent time at Philip Morris International, where he was part of launching new products across Southern Africa and the Indian Ocean Islands. He also joined Naspers subsidiary, Media24 where he was involved with the commercial management of digital properties in South Africa, Nigeria and Kenya. John is a Chartered Management Accountant and holds a Master's Degree in Development Finance from the University of Stellenbosch's Business School.
