Carel Vosloo

Non-executive director

Carel joined Remgro in 2022 and since early-2024 he has assumed responsibility for Remgro's investment activities. Prior to joining Remgro, Carel worked in Investment Banking for 20 years, the last 17 of which was with Rand Merchant Bank, where he was a member of the Executive Committee and, over the course of his career, was co-Head of Investment Banking, co-Head of Corporate Finance and was responsible for a number of RMB's most strategic client relationships. Carel is a CA by training, he holds an M(Comm), specialising in taxation, and he is a CFA Charter Holder member. Carel also serves on the board of RCL Foods and MediClinic.
