Owned by experienced entrepreneurs Adrian Vardy (CEO) and Manie Maritz (MD), DC Foods is a specialist producer of a range of unique frozen fruit-based delicacies which are exported to the USA, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Australia and Europe. The business has won numerous awards at global food shows for its innovative products such as its fruit sorbet in a fruit shell, selling in the USA under the "Island Way" brand. Other offerings include frozen fresh fruit segments, which are especially popular with consumers in Japan.

With 95% of its revenue from exports, DC Foods is well-positioned to exploit the continued growth in global demand for quality frozen desserts and fruits.
